The Bondsman – Official Red Band Trailer – Prime Video
The teaser for Blumhouse Television and Amazon MGM Studios’ new series, The Bondsman, starring Kevin Bacon, has been released by the new OTT giant Prime Video. On April 3, 2025, all eight episodes will be accessible on Prime Video.
Hub Halloran, the character played by Kevin Bacon in the film, is described in the statement as a dead bounty hunter who is sent back by the Devil to track down escaped demons and bring them to justice in Hell.
Hub discovers how his own misdeeds led to his soul’s condemnation by pursuing those demons with the support and opposition of his estranged family. This inspires him to pursue a second shot at life, love, and country music.
Featured in this series are Jolene Purdy, Beth Grant, Maxwell Jenkins, Jennifer Nettles, and Damon Herriman. This is a series produced by Blumhouse Television, Marker 96, CrimeThink Production Company, and Amazon MGM Studios.
Executive producers for the show include Grainger David, Kevin Bacon, Paul E. Shapiro, Jason Blum, Jeremy Gold, Chris Dickie, and Chris McCumber for Blumhouse Television, as well as Erik Oleson, who also acts as showrunner. Involved is co-executive producer Erik Holmberg.
