“Sinners,” directed by Ryan Coogler after Black Panther and Creed and starring Michael B. Jordan, familiarizes itself with fear.
The twin brothers (Jordan) return to their hometown to attempt the restart of their lives after living through the worst of times, only to discover that a far more sinister evil lies in wait.
“Only the devil would follow you home if you kept dancing with him.”
Jordan portrays another character in ‘Sinners’ written and directed by Christopher Coogler, who is an Academy Award-nominated director. Among the other talented actors are Oscar contender Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller, Miles Caton, and Delroy Lindo.

Producers are Ryan Coogler, Sev Ohanian, and Zinzi Coogler. Will Greenfield, Rebecca Cho, and Ludwig Göransson are the executive producers.
Coogler’s associates from the “Black Panther” franchise, including director of photography Autumn Durald Arkapaw, Oscar-winning production designer Hannah Beachler, editor Michael P. Shawver, Oscar-winning composer Ludwig Göransson, and costume designer Ruth E. Carter, have rallied behind him on this project.
The film presents Sinners, a proximity media production, in association with Warner Bros. Pictures. The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, with its national theatrical release on April 18, 2025, and international theatrical release on April 16, 2025.
