An unexpected twist in Tom Holland’s Spider Man 4 is that Peter will break that memory magic by Doctor Strange, but only if he decides to do so.
He will be able to overcome the spell in Spider Man 4, like Shang-Chi, with Peter grappling with his emotions, according to Alex Perez’s Q&A (via The Cosmic Circus).
While it’s unconfirmed, Marvel and Sony are said to be having talks concerning Venom (Eddie Brock) showing up in Spider Man 4. New battle sequences and acrobatics are being developed by the stunt team for Spider Man.
Although Knull, Mephisto, or Doctor Doom are said to be the main antagonist of Spider-Man 4, they are not anticipated to pose a “street-level” threat. The film will feature a new character that masters the art of the whip.
Daniel Richtman, a known industry insider, recently disclosed that a new supporting cast is supposedly coming for Spider Man 4. Destin Daniel Cretton is the director for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, who has given this film a completely new direction, a new definition to the character.
As we have already mentioned, Peter Parker will have a new female love interest in Spider-Man 4. Due to scheduling conflicts with other projects, Zendaya’s portrayal of Michelle “MJ” Jones will only be a minor appearance. Black Cat is also a possible option; however, we will not know the actual casting for some time.
Shooting is expected to begin in the UK in June 2025 and wrap up by the end of October that year. Apparently due to poor organization on the early draft, Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers are still rewriting the script. Production budget for this movie is presently set at $200 million.

It will also be the fourth Spider-Man movie directed by Daniel Cretton from a script by McKenna and Sommers.
The movie is all set for production under the reins of appearing producer credits such as Amy Pascal, Rachel O’Connor, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, and Mitch Bell.
On July 24, 2026, Spider-Man 4 will be released in theatres.
