Official Trailer Mickey 17
Bong Joon Ho, who wrote and directed the Academy Award-winning feature “Parasite”, is once again releasing another movie that has the potential to change the course of history in the film industry Mickey 17.
Mickey Barnes (Robert Pattinson), the unlikeliest of heroes, finds himself in the peculiar position of working for a company that demands absolute devotion to the place of employment: to die, for a living.
“Mickey 17” features Robert Pattinson (The Batman, Tenet), Naomi Ackie (Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker) and Academy Award nominee Steven Yeun (Minari, Beef), Toni Collette (Hereditary) and Mark Ruffalo (Poor Things). The film is written and directed by Bong Joon Ho.
The film is produced by Bong Joon Ho, Dooho Choi (Okja, Snowpiercer), Dede Gardner, and Jeremy Kleiner (both of whom are Oscar winners for Moonlight and 12 Years a Slave). It is based on Edward Ashton’s book Mickey 7. Peter Dodd, Marianne Jenkins, Jesse Ehrman, and Brad Pitt are executive producers. Darius Khondji, an Oscar nominee for Bardo: False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths and Okja, is the photographer. Fiona Crombie scored an Academy Award nomination for The Favourite and Cruella.
The editor is Yang Jinmo, nominated for Oscars by “Parasite” and “Okja.” Jung Jaeil composed the soundtrack (“Parasite,” “Squid Game”). Dan Glass is the visual effects supervisor, who has edited films such as “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” and “Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.” Catherine George is the costume designer (“Okja,” Snowpiercer). This has been announced as a production in association with Plan B Entertainment and Kate Street Picture, along with Warner Bros. Pictures for Bong Joon Ho’s latest film, “Mickey 17.”
