Watching the runway during Paris Fashion Week on Sunday was 16-year-old Kai Schreiber, daughter of Naomi Watts, clad in an ensemble from the Autumn 2025-ready-to-wear collection by the Italian luxury fashion house. It will conclude on Tuesday.
Watters shared with the world behind-the-scenes of her daughter, whom she shared with ex-partner Liev Schreiber through Instagram. The post also had a video shoot that captured Schreiber while strutting on the runway tinted with red while looking fantastic in a knit animal print minidress, adorned with a plume of feathers around the neckline, white lace tights, and blue-lensed sunglasses; her hair was secured in a beige headband.

“That’s my [Valentino] baby! I’m so proud right now. Ilysm [Kai Schreiber]” is the caption for Watts’ Instagram carousel, meaning “I love you so much.” Watts took her daughter to a gazillion fashion shows before the 16-year-old made her catwalk debut at Valentino.

Back in April 2024, Schreiber attended the Dior pre-fall 2024 collection show with her mother. Schreiber exhibited her taste for high-end fashion by pairing the white cotton denim with red toile de jouy Mexico motif mid-length pleated skirt from the French luxury fashion brand with the ecru and red cashmere knit jumper embroidered with the coeur des papillons motif.

Michele saluted the seduction of the illicit in the setting for his second ready-to-wear show for Valentino. As he opened the doors to a huge public lavatory slashed with red light through a cubicle door, he noted, “dystopian, disturbing, Lynchian space” in his show notes. Joelle Diderich wrote for WWD about her review of the anthology.
His collection was pervaded by the idea of borderline indecency. Models produced cubicles in various states of dishabille, some entirely clad in lace bodysuits left hanging open at the crotch, which caused one’s eye to search for the comfort of the naked tights underneath, Diderich wrote.
Michele was acquired as the new creative director of Valentino in April 2024. He has spent much of his early years with the Gucci fashion brand, after which he joined the high-end Italian fashion house.
