The official trailer of In the Lost Lands derives from the film, starring Dave Bautista and Milla Jovovich
A joint effort between Paul W. S. Anderson and Constantin Werner, the writing of In the Lost Lands is based on their own story and released as a dramatic fantasy in 2025. The film stars Milla Jovovich and Dave Bautista as witches and hunters, respectively, traveling to a treacherous land in quest of a relic for a queen; the plot is based on the short novel of the same name by George R.R. Martin.
The film had its Australian premiere on February 27, 2025, with successful distributor Constantin Film Verleih releasing it in the United States on March 7, 2025, under the title Lost Lands in Europe and North America and in Poland by Vertical.
The queen, out of desperation to win Alys’s love, orders the fearsome and powerful witch Gray Alys to the Lost Lands so that she may obtain the magical powers to turn into a werewolf herself. Together with the secrets held by the enigmatic hunter Boyce, she travels across a haunted and perilous world fighting evil creatures and merciless foes. unknown only to her are the insane consequences of every wish she ever granted.
